Turkish ayran buttermilk recipe



Turkish ayran: 6 servings

Ingredients:
Yogurt 3 cups
Milk 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:
Place yogurt in a bowl. Beat with a fork or hand mixer until well blended. Add milk gradually, mixing well. Stir in iced cold water. Add salt; mix well. Serve cold.
